Thinkerwell ("we") is a Socratic tutor that helps founders learn entrepreneurship and build income beyond the 9-to-5 — including side hustles, Amazon FBA, retail arbitrage, freelancing, digital products, marketing, finance, and any other business topic you choose to study. This statement explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
When you create an account we collect your name and email address. As you learn, we store your courses, diagnostic quiz results, lesson progress, daily challenge streaks, and any notes or files you upload to build a custom course.
How we use your information
We use your information to personalize your learning roadmap, generate AI-powered lessons and challenges, track your progress, send you welcome and re-engagement emails, and improve the product. We never sell your personal data.
Course content & uploads
Text and files you upload (such as study notes or PDFs) are used to generate your custom course content. Please avoid uploading sensitive personal or financial information that is not relevant to your learning.
Payments
Pro subscriptions are processed by Base44 Payments (powered by Wix). Payment card details are handled directly by the payment provider — we do not see or store your full card number. We retain only the subscription status needed to grant or revoke access.
Emails
With your Gmail connection we may send a welcome email when you sign up and occasional re-engagement nudges if you've been away from your courses. You can stop these by logging out or by contacting us to opt out.
Cookies & analytics
We use standard cookies and basic analytics to understand how the app is used and to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising trackers.
Data retention & deletion
We keep your learning data for as long as your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting support.
Your rights
You can access, correct, or delete your personal data. You can also cancel your subscription at any time from your account, and access continues until the end of the current billing cycle.
Children's privacy
Thinkerwell is intended for adults learning business and entrepreneurship. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We'll reflect the last updated date above, and material changes will be communicated through the app or by email.
